This page is dedicated to other East Texas groups. If you would like to be listed here please send us a link, or widget if you have one, include group name, founder’s or leader’s name, contact information and it will be posted on this page. The main criteria at this time is that your group is located in TX and east of SH 75 or I45 from the coast to the northern border. AT this time other groups will be added to our Paranormal Link page. We want to be able to put this page together with information for the general public and other groups who want to contact East Texas groups.
So, I’m not into ghosts or things of that nature. I pride myself on thinking things through logically and not jumping to conclusions. So, to make things perfectly clear, I don’t believe in ghosts, and I’m not trying to waste any of yours or my own time. I have a 3 year old daughter who is having a hard time sleeping lately in her own room, especially at night. She keeps the dog with her, she has night lights, everything to comfort her. Here lately, I’ve noticed that her room is cooler than the rest of our home. I’ve shut the vents, turned off the ceiling fan, and nothing is working. Things move on there own, as in I can put something up out of her (my daughter’s) reach, and it’s gone. She is scared of the dark now, and won’t say why. I’ve heard creaking in the walls and ceiling, and found nothing in out attic, and no outer ventilation is damaged or open for animals to be able to get in. Then tonight, I noticed that her night lights kept moving, even with no breeze or fan on. I took it down, and set it on the dresser and tried to see if I could feel any breeze or anything. The corner of her room was cold, and the night light fell off of her dresser before I could pick it back up. It was on a flat surface, against the wall when I set it down, and it’s not round and should not have rolled or moved. I then hung it up, and only one of the butterfly lights was moving this time. I tried to grab it to make it stay still, and it turned off. As soon as I let go, it came back on. It’s still moving, and I couldn’t figure out why. I think it was probably a faulty wire, but I can’t really explain anything else. I didn’t get the sense that anything intelligent or intentional was happening, but it seemed odd to me, and I’m at my wit’s end trying to get to the bottom of this. I’ve been reading up on this stuff, and some of my friends have suggested I reach out to a paranormal investigation group for help.. I’ve already had exterminators out, our vents cleaned, everything to rule out paranormal activities, but I am not a professional in that field and don’t claim to be. My son hasn’t experienced anything, nor my wife. Only my daughter. Please, if there is anything I can do or anything that I’m not thinking of, please let me know.

Hi,
about 7 years ago my family moved into our home and as my sister got older, she began to experience some discomfort in her room. She never specifically told me what went on, but she described it as paranormal activity. After she moved out, I slept in her room due to my room being renovated. I never felt anything, but if I woke up from a nightmare, one of the closet doors would be open. we kept a nightlight on in the other closet of the room because I was much younger. after seeing that, I’ve always felt like something has been watching me. I can’t decide if it’s me being paranoid from watching scary movies or if something actually happened. hopefully, just the scary movies. It’s taken me this whole seven years to finally get over it so I was wondering if it was just a passing activity or something.
thank you
